Mario was a true pleasure to work with on the sell of our home and the purchase of our current home. Mario went beyond the call of duty in every phase of our home buying process. From the first call down to the closing, he did everything to make our experience as comfortable as possible. In fact, he called us on the day that we sold our old home to make sure that process ran smoothly although he was not the selling agent. I should have known he was serious about his clients when we found out that we would be moving to Jackson, TN instead of Nashville, TN. Being an agent committed to his clients, he made the trip to Jackson with us to find us the perfect home. His dedication will never be forgotten and because of his diligence my family and I have an amazing new home. We could not have asked for better service.

This is the second house I purchased using Mario Malone's services. Each time has need a smooth process and not surprises. After being in the house for a year, Mario called to see if I was satisfied with my purchase. I know will appreciate his hard work during your next purchase.

I was a first-time home buyer and had my heart set on purchasing a multi-family property to offset my mortgage expense. I knew this would be difficult but had no idea how difficult it would be until we started looking for properties. Many multi-family properties in my price range were already under contract within a day or two of being listed. I received a listing from Mario for a quadplex that had just went on the market. I contacted Mario immediately and told him I was interested. The seller required an offer to see the property in order to not disturb the current tenants. Mario did his research and the seller accepted my offer. We went to see the property and it was exactly what I wanted. I was elated. I thought everything was going smoothly until I get a call from the lender that the appraiser was not going to finish the appraisal because he didn't think that the property would appraise for the purchase price unless the seller was willing to make certain repairs. These repairs were also required for my type of financing. He told me the deal was dead and my heart sank; back to the drawing board. The next day I get a call from Mario. I told him what the lender told me about the deal being dead. He told me that the deal was not dead until the seller says so. We went through the list of repairs and sent them over to the seller. This is where Mario really worked his magic. Not only did the seller agree to make the repairs but he also negotiated a lower purchase price. This is on top of the seller having other offers. Long story short I closed last week and this is all thanks to Mario. At the closing I thanked the seller for accepting my offer and making the repairs even though she had other offers. She told me the only reason she continued with the deal was because of Mario. I can't sing his praises enough. He was wonderful throughout the process. He is extremely knowledgeable, an excellent negotiator, and calmed my fears at every phase of the buying process. I can't recommend him enough. I will definitely be using him again in my future real estate purchases.
